Wil-Mor-Wil is fully aware of its responsibilities not only for Health & Safety but also for its surrounding environment and staff.

It is our aim to provide our customers with energy efficient heating whilst taking into consideration all aspects affecting our operatives, our customers and those around us.
Our operating policies reflect this and are updated and distributed throughout our organisation on a regular basis.

Customer Care Policy
We will always strive to maintain the highest standard of service whilst recognising the needs and requirements of our clients and be sensitive towards them.
Our constant aim is to achieve and maintain 100% customer satisfaction, rectifying problems which may occur swiftly and with minimal disruption.
Our services will at all times be conducted in an honest, lawful and professional manor.


  Staff Care Policy
We fully recognise that our staff are our greatest asset and, in order for them to reach their full potential, commit ourselves to their welfare, quality training progammes and job satisfaction.

Health & Safety Policy
We will remain aware of, and comply with, any changes in Health and Safety regulations and legislation and swiftly disseminate relevant information throughout our organisation.
 
  Environmental Policy
Wil-Mor-Wil accepts responsibility for the potentially harmful effects of its operations on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them.
